At Uzma Awan, we strive to bring you the best quality clothes with the most delicate craftsmanship, bringing you fine products with a completely stress-free shopping experience. We hope that you would enjoy the purchase but do realize that sometimes it doesn't go quite as one hopes. Therefore, here is an explanation of everything you need to know about the Return & Exchange Policy:

Return Policy

The realm of Pakistani law shall reign over this pact, and within the chambers of Pakistani courts shall any discord find its resolution. Our fervent desire is to bestow upon you a shopping venture like no other!

Should an article fail to fully captivate your heart, fret not, for a span of 15 days from the moment of delivery is granted unto you for its return. Yet, heed these stipulations closely, for only by their embrace shall the gates to reimbursement swing open wide.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase

Please note that sale items, custom orders, and special collections are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

In our quest for perfection, we humbly admit our imperfections. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item from us, rest assured we will facilitate an exchange without any hesitation. The modified object needs to be original, unused, and undamaged. Everything must have its tags intact on it. Subject for exchange will be from the availability of the product about the size. 

If there is no such item with a size that matches the item in stock, then we can exchange an equivalent value product or store credit for your purchase next time.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@uzmafashion.com or call us at +923420922137.

  2. Provide your order number and transaction details.

  3. We will walk you through the process of returning or exchanging your items.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Items

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving any of our products if you discover a defect. The report must include a thorough explanation of the flaw and any supporting images or videos. When a defective product is received, it will be inspected and the best course of action—refund, store credit, or replacement, if applicable—will be recommended.

Late Returns

All returns must be shipped back to us within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. Such returns that reach our premises post this time period will be subject to evaluation at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged. Please confirm your size and specifications before ordering any of these custom items.

Order Cancellations

You are allowed to cancel the order anytime before 24 hours after making a purchase except when the order is already processed or shipped. Post 24 hours the cancellation is not possible.
